Mark's background in psychology and social trends, his experience in conducting research projects and his reputation as an expert social researcher have led to him being commissioned to conduct research for many of Australia's largest organisations.

Mark Beard - Marketing Communications

Mark has an extensive academic and professional background in marketing. Mark is a strategy expert and recently graduated with distinction from the UNSW Master of Marketing programme. He assists clients in the market place application of research findings and in turning theoretical models into practical campaigns. Mark is a published co-author of three books (1) Music Marketing, PR & Image Making (2) Music Event & Festival Management and (3) Copyright, Royalties & Publishing.

Jeff has more than 15 years experience researching and reporting on generational and societal change. In
particular the impact on markets of an ageing population, understanding and communicating with the emerging generations, and how to advertise and market effectively using the internet.

Jazer Ocfemia - Reseearch Executive

Jazer has the perfect background for social research with his Psychology and Marketing qualifications. As a recent graduate from UNSW he is equipped with the latest research skills. He is trained in both quantitative methodologies and qualitative processes.

Andrew Pleffer, Research Executive
BMedia (Writing), BA Hons (Music)
Andrew is trained in both writing and researching, and is currently completing his Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD) at Macquarie University. With a background in media studies and musicology, he also holds a Bachelor of Media (Writing) degree as well as a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Contemporary Music Studies. In addition to his years of teaching experience, Andrew is also a published academic and continues to present papers at local and international conferences.
